Quemard Properties offer a variety of rental properties from bedsits to luxury 5 bedroom houses. All of our properties are available to view at a time convenient to yourself. Directions using Google Map are provided with each property. Alternatively, we are happy to collect clients to view selected properties.
What Do we Offer To Landlords ??
FINDERS FEE
- Visit your property and provide a FREE rental valuation.
- Advise of any needed improvements to maximise rental income.
- Advertise using our website, sub agents and Jersey Evening Post.
- Conduct all viewings by mutual agreement.
- Completion of housing form and preparation of lease agreement.
- Collection of deposit and first month's rent.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT / BLOCK MANAGEMENT
- Collection of the rent each month.
- Forward monies to your account within 3 working days of receiving.
- Monthly statements of account sent by email.
- Monthly inspection of property.
- Monthly contact with tenants.
- Maintenance repairs arranged and actioned upon obtaining 2 quotes.
- Company Secretary duties of share transfer properties.
- Day to day responsibility of Housing Associations.
- Organising cleaning / maintenance contracts of communal areas.
- Preparing Company accounts, paying bills.
- Chairman A.G.M meetings.
